Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and beef broth to make the sauce.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Return the beef to the pan, add the sauce, and stir well until thickened.
  6. Add the cooked noodles, toss everything together, and cook for another minute.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
