Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Like, really fluffy—this is where the magic starts.
Add in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix until smooth and kind of dreamy.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir just until you don’t see any more flour.
Fold in those crushed strawberries and white chocolate chips. Try not to eat the dough (or do—just save some).
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet. Leave space—these babies spread.
Bake for 11–13 minutes. The edges should look lightly golden, but the centers should be soft. Let them cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before moving (if you can wait).
